This past July I was invited to join Michael's family in Tennessee...a place they've been often! I graciously accepted! I had never been and was so excited to see why they loved it SO much.

We did so many awesome things and saw some beautiful sights!
Gatlinburg
We stopped at the aquarium there for a break from the heat...you would think we would be used to it being from Texas!

We took the ski lift ride to a little shop in the mountains! This experience was so neat!
The view of Gatlinburg from the little store at the top of the mountain!
The photos don't even show how beautiful!
The Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show
On the way to Cherokee, we snapped these photos! So pretty!
Hoodie: Victoria's Secret
We arrived in Cherokee after a long (and winding) ride!
Dollywood
We took the train ride around Dolly Parton's amusement park, Dollywood!
Pigeon Forge
We actually stayed in a cabin located in Pigeon Forge so on this day we just wandered around the city finding different things to do!
We visited the Titanic museum and while there got to see one of the violins from the Titanic...it was played while the ship went down. They found it still strapped to its original owner. So very sad. This exhibit was only available for one week and we just so happened to be there.
The Great Smoky Mountains
Michael's mom and I in one of the cabins in the National Park!
We even saw a bear while driving through the park! M's dad got a little too close- no thank you!
After dinner at Paula Deen's restaurant...it was super good!
