I Worked Retail

As I mentioned Monday, a lot of excitement has happened over the better part of the year including me applying to work at a national retail company! It was scary, exciting, and truthfully eye-opening.

I have never worked a job where I had to directly talk to customers all day. This task is daunting to my introverted self.

So when I decided to pursue fashion further than this blog, I knew I had to put on my big girl pants and get after it! I applied for a stylist position, interviewed, and was hired on all within a matter of weeks! It was so exciting to me and something about it all just felt right. 

My coworkers were all amazing and I really came out of my shell here. We went to dinners and I became really close with one of the girls- we even went out to get daiquiris!

I learned a lot about myself and about the fashion industry! It was exhilarating to feel in my element doing what I love.

At this point, I knew I wanted to make something like this my life.

So, here I am, back on my blog, making fashion my life and wanting it to consume me!

I'm planning on taking sewing lessons to eventually begin designing pieces one day- at least, that's the ultimate dream.

But for now, I am back to The Indecisive Diva & loving it so far!
